If he does, will he be able to set her free…or will the Outlaw Scot take a Stolen Bride all the way back to the Highlands?

My Thoughts

I love stories about Highlanders so I was excited to read this story.

This is the first book in this series about the Munro brothers. This author created a short story in three parts. Each brother was reluctant to wed not because they did not what to find love but, because of the ongoing feud with the Gunn's which posed a death threat to the entire clan.

This was and enjoyable short Read .The main character Ramsey struggles much with his conscious over his love he bore Sabrina. They grew up together and formed and strong attraction that never bared fruit.

Many years late Ramsey has encounter Sabrina again and his heart still feels the same as it ever did.As he continues to deny what he wants but, Sabrina is kidnapped and now his hand is forced.

Love the characters Sabrina and English lass and Ramsey a rough and tough warrior. Two opposites yet they compliment each other and need one another .You could see the love they held for one another but, life just got in the way.We see a little spunk from Sabrina you would never suspect.

Ramsey a Highland Warrior makes some hard choices in this story weather to take the bull by the horns and take what he wants or lose the one thing that has been a constant bright light in his waring rough life as highlander always forced to do battle in order to protect his clan.

I think the author by creating these short stories is just getting her feet wet. There looks to be much promise in her future books. I would love to see a full length novel at some point.

Other reviews I have read there only complaint is that they wished the book/story was a little longer and I have to agree would have like to explore these characters a little bit more. But, we have to remember it was a short story to begin with.

My Thoughts

This is the second book in this series about the Munro brothers. This author created a short story in three parts. Each brother was reluctant to wed not because they did not what to find love but, because of the ongoing feud with the Gunn's which posed a death threat to the entire clan.

I think the author did a good job.She tried to create a story of one brother trying to find love in a trying time. Both characters in this story had strong individual personalties. Cara the feisty one.Alec a warrior who is hardened shows his soft caring side.

And Enjoyable read with likable characters !

This is Book 1 in The Immortal Heat series.

My Thoughts and Review

All I have to say it wow what a very erotic hot read this story turned out to be.This book is the first and a new series and Debut book for Britt Bury. This story was engrossing right from page one.

Something fresh and new to read about.

Kelvin is on a mission to kill the last Campbell who turns out to be Izel Campbell a female clan member and not a male.Although Kelvin senses something from the get go about Izel that she is special and there is not way her will be able to go through with his initial task what more is he recognizes that Izel is his chosen mate .

The couple take is on a journey where we experience love, hate, betrayal, friendship with the combined couple and clan. I found myself laughing and crying quite a bit throughout this story and at one point toward the end I thought I was going to have to get the tissues out.

I loved the story from beginning to end. All the characters we engaging and engrossing. Izel was full of fun whit and had and outspoken personality that had you laughing like a loon at some of the things that came out of her mouth.

The book took you into a new realm of fantasy and magic something as a reader I have not read before.Have to say I loved the story .This couple didn't have a easy road to find ones true love and there mate for life. The past is not easily put aside to enjoy what may be.The book was a page turner from beginning to end for me waiting to see what happened next.I am a sucker for love and happy endings. There was quite a bit of sexual banter and crude words used during there love making scenes making the story more intense and playful.

This was a keeper in my book.Hoping this is not the last we hear of Izel and Kelvin hopefully we will here from them again in the books to come.A recommend read to those looking for something new a fresh. Looking forward to reading more of Britt Bury's book in the future.
What a enjoyable read !

5 star read

From award-winning romance author, Michelle Marcos, comes the second installment in the "Knaves of Scotland" series. As rugged and bold as the Scottish hills, the Highland Knaves take no prisoners when it comes to love…

My Thoughts

First time author read for me and I throughly enjoyed this book.Of late I have read some real crapper's and this was such a nice and funny refreshing read.It is really just a cute love story between a Highland Laird who is also a lord and a young indentured servant.Shona and her twin sister go to the live with the Laird to work in lieu of back taxes owed by there current masters. Shona and her sister have lived a hard life being abandoned and having there whole family slaughter before the eyes has not been easy for this couple of young girls and also being branded with a traitor brand hasn't helped there chances in life Conall is now a Laird but grew up being a doctor so he is so different from the regular Lords. Shona and Conall have many heated embraces as he learns there is more to her she is very smart ,out spoken , caring both for her sister and her new lords tenants and she has a big heart when it comes to saving animals. These two develop a slow budding romance while teaching each others what the each knows best, he medicine to her and she how to run and estate and take care of your tenants and crops and implementing ways to generate money. But, once there romance is to come out in the open a setback happens and it looks like the pair will part. But, these two are destined to be together they just have to find a way back to each other.Loved this book and glad I picked it up in the library.Shona made this whole book come alive you could not help but love her. She is so many things funny ,humorous and yet loyal, protective and a survivor where many would have given up.The book was filled with a mystery, treachery and so much more. Hooked from page one !What a fun read. This is my first book by Michelle Marcos but, won't be the last..
