Wow! Just wow! Where to start? I was on pins and needles the entire time reading this story. OMG! Was this story really good i? It kept me on edge the entire time I was reading it. The subject matter was dark and intense, the plot engaging and suspenseful, full of twists and turns, and emotional pain. This story was an emotional rollercoaster. I don't know what to say other than this story drew me right in from the very beginning and kept me there until the very bitter end. This story is one that touche the reader's emotions as you feel the pain of these two main characters and their struggles.

Cosima was a character who was beautiful, loving, strong, determined, lost, and trying to find her path in a new life that she created for herself. But, one thing she has never been able to conquer is her feelings for her master/husband, Alexander, and it is something only he can provide for her, and her happiness depends on it.

Alexander was one dark and dangerous man, but he was also smart and cunning. Cosima is the only person who has ever made him feel anything close to being human, and he will do everything and anything to protect her, own her body and soul to the bitter end. If I am being honest, this man scared the crap out of me.

Overall, we loved the story from beginning to end. The story had amazing characters, and there was never a dull moment. The story was very dark and intense, not one for the faint of heart, and only for the open -minded because it is very dark and the BDSM to the extreme that is full of pleasure and pain, and only a master and slave will ever understand the depths of emotions and pleasures this kind of relationship brings. But it is one that both parties need to embrace the dark to be happy. Cosima's life will always be controlled by Alexander and his dominant nature, and as she is carving out a new life for herself through sheer determination, she needs to choose to place herself fully in the hands of the dark and dangerous lord because once she does, she will be forever owned, and nothing but death will ever separate them again.

One entralling read, and Miss Darling is a master storyteller for sure. We have thoroughly enjoyed everything we have read from her so far, and this story, yet again, was an amazing read for us!

This was one wild ride and a fantastic read we could not stop laughing throughout the entire story as well as grinning and smiling. The story was filled with camaraderie witty banter snark teasing ribbing and so much more we loved it. This story made it to my number-one favorite for 2024 we didn't want the story to end.

The story was filled with a ton of alpha men and strong women the one woman who outshined them all was Maggie with all her craziness. Talk about hot and sexy scenes there were a ton of them with the alpha men and their ladies. Holy hotness! Fire passion chemistry and explosive.

So many of our favorite characters graced the pages once again and we loved it. The story was a page-turner. The ending was one of those where you are thinking hurry up get there we want to see how this turns out and the next you are thinking we don't want the story to end parts were heart-pounding and intriguing and had twists and turns and more than a few OMG! moments is this happening? We loved that Guilia wrote herself and into the story, we got a glimpse of how her mind works creating her characters how they live on, and how they are part of her everyday life It was a lot of fun to read about.

This story is all about the unexpected and surprise after surprise which is one of the things we loved most about it. This was an amazing read we could not put down.
