 .This was one scorching hot read. We loved this one from cover to cover that was backed with tons of drama revenge and betrayals of the worst kind.

We loved Brooklyn and Ronan as a couple it was impossible to ignore their scorching chemistry their fierce attraction to one another and their secret crushes for one another. They truly made a beautiful couple. Her moments with Ronan in and out of the bedrooms were super hot and sexy with her mouth-watering sexy professor. The characters in this story were great the good and the evil ones. This is the kind of story we love when a relationship is doomed from the start when outside forces will never let it be. Ronan was a sexy and swoony character as well as a fan-worthy one with his sexy looks his dirty talk his dominant ways and his very possessive nature are enough to send chills up and down a girl's body with his looks and voice alone. Brooklyn is more than what you see on the surface she is so much more she is fierce and loyal and has warrior blood in her as she will destroy the ones who thought they could destroy her and the one she loves. Loved the fire and passion we saw in her. Overall a compelling read right from the start. The intrigue the heartache the pain, the deceptions, the hate, control, blackmail the the emotional roller coaster ride this couple took us on and so much more. We loved it all! This story shows you just how powerful love is when a couple fights in the name of love.

Wow this was one hot and intense read. The characters were great hot and steamy. The plot had a bit of suspense and mystery it was so riveting even intense at times. The characters Kiersten and Gabriel had amazing chemistry  together the fireworks kind for sure they sizzled when together. So many hot and sexy scenes with fan worthy characters.

This story draws you right into the characters world and the authors made it feel like you were living in their world live and in person. We loved that about the story the most.

We loved this one! From the moment you met Kiersten and Gabe you know they were made for one another but, we also knew hearts would be broken. This love story was sad and tragic and our heart went out to the characters especially Kiersten because she was so deeply in love never really got the closure she needed and then having to always to stay in the shadows must have been awfully lonely. We will say that we also love stories like this that a love like theirs stood the test of time. Will the sacrifices made in the past be enough to forgive the past and forge a future? Only time will tell...

Let's start off by saying that this is a brand-new author for me and once we started reading this current story I was like hum not sure whether we are going to like this one or not but, the author quickly reeled me in and all thoughts forgotten whether this one was going to speak to us as we say.

One of the things that we are enjoying is the cast of characters, we are loving them all so far. I wish I could pick a favorite but, that is really hard but, we already have a soft spot for both Lizzie and Dom for different reasons but, both have wounded souls, and you feel their pain, and you can't help but be drawn to them.

Devin the hot and sexy Alpha has you fanning yourself and picking Grace as his mate, well let's just say his life will never be boring, and we see his life full of challenges.

Love the close friendship between Grace and Lizzie more like sisters than friends but, after learning Lizzie's secrets, we can understand why she and Grace have this amazing friendship, and it's the fact that they will always have each other's backs.

Not sure whether we agree how these shifters go about finding their mates, but, seeing them with them changes your mind a bit. These wolf shifters have found the perfect mate for themselves but, there will be challenges as Grace is an alpha herself and Lizzie is a wounded soul who comes with some very big secrets. The tale was an emotional one but, we have to say that we are already loving its characters and can't wait for the next installment.

We are really enjoying this series, and we are loving its characters. In this current tale, all the newly mated characters are still finding their way and adjusting to their new partners and not all is pretty as we are learning that a couple of the new mates have suffered greatly in the past. 

The story intensifies as there is treachery abound and with the help of allies, Devin means to do all he can to put the matter to rest and ensure the safety of his mate and his pack. This story is a bit more emotional, especially for Veronica and Lizzie but, we have to say that we feel that Lizzie is growing every day in the healing process and with the help of her new mates Dom and Caleb she might finally be granted some piece of mind.

The couples are perfect for one another, there's heat and passion and amazing chemistry and their passions burn hot. Definitely some fanning ones self moments throughout this book. Really enjoying the series, and we can't wait to see what comes next. These shifters are sexy and hot, but, it is those moments they spend with their mates showing them how much they love them are the special moments that melt one's heart...

Gentle Scars-

Things start heating up even more in this next story, holy hotness galore. I wish I was able to pick a favorite character but, it's a toss up between Lizzie and Veronica, both couldn't be more different but, have so much in common. Things are a bit emotional this time around as both Veronica are dealing with their painful pasts at this point Lizzie mates are helping her work through her issues but, Veronica's are just coming to light and Vince is not taking the news very well.

The story intensifies as they find the answers they need going forward to rid this world of evil that is threatening both the shifter community and the vampire community, and with the help of Devin's alliance with Alec hopefully they will get to the bottom of what evil is threatening them all.

Loving the characters still and with Vince we are growing fonder of him every day and Lizzie we are loving how she seems to be happier and healing day by day and both of her mates have something to do with that. We wondered why fate gave her two mates but, as you see them all together in makes perfect sense, one mate is passionate and demanding and rough where they other mate is more tender and easy going and going forward she is going to need a little bit of both if she is ever bring back her wolf because if they are able to do that as a team she will finally be healed once and for all.

Can't wait to see what happens next, Veronica we are hoping that with the love of her mate can work through what seems to be tearing her heart apart we are still grinning every time she calls him pup.LOL
