OMG! I just love this author and each and every story I have read so far absolutely amazing and this book was not different.

I will say going into this story I had my doubts whether or not if I was even going to like it and I took a chance and boy did we love it from beginning to end. Stories like these always put me at unease because of the subject matter but, not matter we can't help be drawn to a character that is dark and broken and that his bullying and deeds reflect the demons that they carry around within themselves.

We loved Cadee Hunter from the moment we met her and new that she was special and was sweet, kind, loving, smart, and had a cunning mind. We loved the backbone she had and how no matter the crap she was dealt she held her head hi and stayed strong and determined. We also loved learning that Cadee is not all that she is perceived to be she was so much more.

Favorite character hands down was Lars! Ax we loved the mystery that surrounded him . Cooper was one of those characters you instantly want to hate but, you are reserving your final judgment to see if he is able of redeeming himself. But, with that being said you could not help but be drawn to the man who acts like a spoiled rich man child.

Talk about a story being about a whole lot of sickness and abuse as it had it in spades but, as the story progresses things start clicking in place, and you realize that their actions and deeds are all about survival and they are all just moving chess pieces on aboard.

I will stay no matter the subject matter of the story you could not help but, be engrossed and intrigued by the story itself. We love that you never knew what was coming and we loved that the players were about to get their just dues. We loved how the story played out this time around and we loved the twist that it had because we never saw it coming but, loved it nevertheless. This is the kind of story that keeps you on edge the entire time and it did just that for me. I loved that some of the characters of this story were able to find someone to love in all this chaos all the while hoping that there is a savior or solution to future expectations and find a way to take back their right to choose and whom to love.

I could not help but, wonder what Cadee saw in Cooper or Lars or even Ax because on the surface they were all were a trainwreck but, what made us love her even more that she took the time to get to know their truth beneath the facade.
