This feel -good book evokes a range of emotions and is easy to relate to, especially Rebecca's journey to independence and self-empowerment. Her strength and resilience shine through, making her a compelling character. JJ's character is endearing, even in his grumpiness. Exploring holiday -themed books in recent years, we are pleased to have discovered this gem.
