Everything is perfect.
My club. My ol’ lady. My family.
Chrome and Cameron live next door, and I couldn’t be happier.
Until I see a man watching us. He’s wearing the same skeletal makeup as me. As he stares, I know I’m a target.
But when he comes to my house and tries to hurt my woman, I swear violence.
I’ll make him pay for scaring her.
But this isn’t random.
The past is coming for me and Chrome.
We’re going to be tested in ways we never imagined.
To protect Nylah, Cam, and our babies, we’ll have to let our Reapers take control.
And maybe the Berserker, too.
Because now it’s personal.
It’s time to reap a little havoc and end this once and for all.
Wow! What a wild ride this story took us on. We loved Nylah and Rael's story; it was filled with so much emotion, heart, and love. Their chemistry together is off the charts.
After reading this story, I had to rethink my stance on what it takes to be added to our favorite book boyfriend list. Rael, with his dark, dangerous, slightly crazy, hotheaded, possessive, and protective nature, has definitely earned a spot on that list.
Rael's love for Nylah is indescribable. She is his everything, his heart and soul, and he expresses his feelings for her in his own unique way.
Chrome, Rael's twin brother and fellow club member, also plays a significant role in the plot. His resemblance to Rael is uncanny in the way they act and care for their women, as they act like they are their whole world, and they can't live without them.
This story is an awesome read filled with love, laughter, hope, friendship, family, suspense, paranormal characters, reapers, revenge, and tying up loose ends. The kind of story that has you on edge the entire time.
We enjoyed every aspect of the story, and seeing our favorite characters intertwined with Rael and Nylah's journey. Despite the serious and dangerous tone of the story, Rael's interactions with his sons provided moments of laughter.
The twist at the end had our hearts pounding and brought tears to our eyes. This is definitely one of our favorite reads of 2025.
