We are going to start off by saying we absolutely loved this story and didn't want it to end. We actually don't know how the author got through this book to finish it we felt like crying the entire story. Can you imagine having a love like Archer and Piper ?It is all consuming and special.

Loved that fact the Piper never gave up on the man she loved that she loved. She loved him so much and the bond they had was unbreakable even with distance and loss she knew in her heart of hearts he was still out there hoping and praying for him to return to her. 

Derek -What a plot twist and it all makes sense now all the pieces coming together after hearing about Ben's mysterious brother Derek from the previous book. What are the chances of these 3 all connecting at some point over the years? 

This was an emotional heart felt read and we loved even though we felt like crying the entire time on how the author chose to tell us Archer and Piper's story. We loved that Archer loved his woman so much that he chose to look after her even when he was gone.

Poor Derek our heart goes out to the man who is a kind and loving soul who has so much love to give even with the hangups he has with his family he is still loving and caring and protective. The man deserves to be loved in the way a man needs to be the problem is the ones he loves are emotionally unavailable or is it about timing or something way more complicated? We loved Derek and were actually rooting for the man to succeed in his quest to win his lady love.

This was a page turner and we can't wait to see how it all ends. The story took some twists and turns and friendships were forged. The story was suspenseful and heartfelt and we honestly felt like fate can be so cruel at times not only to Finn and Derek but, someone so good and kind and loving like Piper.

Finn became one complex man and danger personified and there is more to him that meets their eye but, we loved that others were looking out for him in his darkest days. Even with his lost memories his heart kept searching for his soulmate and yet he desires another. How will it all end? Things are about to get even  spicier once he learns who is really is or will it not matter because that man is long gone and in its place a man filled with nothing but darkness...

This story moved up into one of my top favorite reads for 2023!
