This story had it all, twists and turns, and is highly emotional. The story picks up where it ended, and that cliffhanger was a doozy. Julius feels nothing but betrayal. The family they were building is on shaky ground. Our hearts broke for Julius, one brother, the protector, the other the betrayer. After how much Julius sacrificed to keep the ones he loves together and provided for turns on him in the blink of an eye.

More complications compile in this one. Kraven and Isla stop dancing around one another, and what is between them adds another complication to an already complicated situation. Three hearts are involved. Isla's health is at risk. Secrets coming to life. Julius, Kraven, and Isla all have to come to terms with their new reality. Isla loves them both, yet neither is going to let her go.

Isla is not going to choose; either they make it work or lose her altogether. You can see why Isla fell for Kraven and the connection they had. At the same time, it seemed so unfair that Julius, after everything he had done to keep their little family afloat, couldn't keep the one thing that was his and his alone without making another sacrifice.

There were more than a few OMG moments and shocking revelations, life-changing situations have risen once again, we can't say we saw some of them coming, while others were obvious. The chemistry among the trio was pure fire. It was compelling to see their new reality all play out, and if we are right, maybe just maybe Julius got one thing that would truly belong to him. Another exciting read for us.

Welcome to Isla, Kraven, and Julius's happily ever after. It is a love triangle full of angst and heartbreak that takes you on a wild ride of ups and downs, filled with a ton of emotion. Three teens who have been dealt some very crappy hands in life, yet they create a family, something none of them really had.

This story is filled with friendship, secrets, opposites attract, family drama, suspense, and found family. Learning about the backgrounds of these characters tugs one's heartstrings; it was saddening, filled with nothing but heartache and pain.

The characters were great, some lovable more than others. Isla was brave, smart, genuinely kind, and loving. Julius is kind, loving, shows patience and protectiveness, and is a provider and a fixer who does so much for others; he has forgotten what makes Julius happy.

Kraven is the complete opposite of Julius. There is this darkness within, and recklessness; he craves the adrenaline high, and there seems to be a hatred filled at first glance. When you get to know him, there is more to the man than meets the eye. One brother is known as the golden boy, the other the lone wolf.

There is a lot to unpack in this story for all the characters. We have to say that Julius was our favorite character. He shouldered so much responsibility; had his childhood been stolen from him, so we were glad that he found someone to love him to ease his burdens. We enjoyed this one, and we can't wait to see what happens next. Be prepared, this one ends on one heck of a cliffhanger.

This was a fantastic read. Claudia's characters are highly emotional, lovable, bossy, loving, sexy, have a wicked sense of humor, and are tormented, but they are filled with an abundance of love. This book will take you on an emotional rollercoaster, but it will leave you with a smile and a warm heart. Vesper, who was once close friends with both men, finds herself in the middle of their complicated relationship. When she discovers she's in a predicament, the dynamics between the three of them shift, leading to emotional revelations and a journey of self-discovery. This reverse harem story is a perfect blend of romance, humor, and emotion. The characters are well-developed, and their journey will make you laugh, have you grinning, break your heart, and swoon over its characters. The chemistry between the three is extremly hot, giving you fan-worthy moments. The angst that goes on between Alberto and Calloway breaks your heart as they work their way through their feelings for one another. Alberto's past is a big hurdle for the trio to overcome. What we loved about him the most is that he is not afraid to wear his heart on his sleeve and put his feelings on the line. If you enjoy why-choose, hockey, and second -chance romance, this book is a must-read! We love a good second-chance romance, and this one gives you all the feels; it brings out every emotion in you possible. The best part was the ending, as Calloway will surprise you even more at the great lengths he goes to protect the ones he loves.
