Knotty or Nice was a pleasant read, something new and different. Noelle is looking for her mate, and she's been. Match Scent gives you the possibilities of your match. Noelle is matched with two different packs.
Noelle's character is very emotional and carries baggage that has affected her and her wolf, and it doesn't help that her first match rejected her. She is also the sweetest thing you will ever meet.
The characters were fantastic; her mates have different personalities and lend something different to the potential mating. Some are softer; others are possessive; Elias comes with a dominant side, but all want her safe, protected, and theirs.
The dynamic between these male characters leads to fighting amongst themselves; alphas of their packs, which makes things difficult, as Noelle's wolf side knows these men are hers and it's impossible to choose. We loved how they stopped focusing on themselves and started concentrating on what Noelle needed to be happy.
Many heartfelt, touching moments will make you smile; the chemistry among them was pure fire. So many hot and sexy scenes will have you fanning yourself.
Elias was our favorite character; we felt the connection and chemistry that he had with Noelle was extra special. Jett came in second with his sexy self.
You have hot alpha wolves who are hockey players, all wanting to be your mate; what is a girl to do? We enjoyed this story because we found the characters awesome and the plot interesting, and we love diving into different worlds and exploring what an omegaverse world looks like.
As much as we enjoyed the story, I am not sure this is a world for me, or maybe I had a different idea of what it would look like. We knew more than one mate would be involved, but are they not shifters too? Do they ever let the wolf out? Are they always in human form, just connected to their bonded inner wolf? We think we need to explore this omegaverse world a little more and see if we will come to love these kinds of stories. However, we always love a good plot when paranormal comes with a cast of sexy hockey players.
