This engaging story explores themes of family loss, friendship, emotional abuse, betrayal, loyalty, healing, romance, undeniable chemistry, and love. With its captivating narrative, this book is heartwarming. When she crosses paths with Rebel, the President of the Steel Raiders MC, in a grocery store, he senses that Holly and her daughters are meant to be a part of his life. We loved the slow-burning romance between the couple as it made the story even more endearing, and Holly's little girls, Myra and Ruby, tugged at our heartstrings as special angel blessings. It was a nice touch for the author to include them, as they were the main focus, along with the main characters, in this love story. You have to admire Holly for her resilience and determination, despite the suffering she endured at the hands of others, which shaped her into the strong and independent woman she has become. Holly's grandparents deserve a shout-out for being the best and most supportive family a girl could have. Rebel was a sweetheart of a man. He, too, had his share of failed romances and betrayals from those who were supposed to love him, but we are glad it did not stop him from finding the happiness he deserved with this wonderful and loving family. Overall, we loved everything about this holiday romance – its wonderful characters, the magic of Christmas, and the promise of happily ever afters.
