LANA MERRY
Christmas was my favourite time of year. I loved everything about it: Christmas jumpers, fluffy Christmas socks, Christmas music, the colours, the food. It all made me happy.
Never in a million years did I think I’d be scraping a biker of the tarmac on my way home just before Christmas.
Merry, Merry, Christmas to me!

TOMMY O’SHEA
I’d lived a hard life, but now I was retired, and it was time to go home. The sprite in the window caught my eye just as I was driving through the village.
Never in a million years did I think I’d be spending Christmas under her tree and in her bed.
And then fate stepped in!

NOTE: This book is intended for mature readers 18 years and older. It includes sexual situations, strong language, and violence.

This is a brand new author for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed our first read by them and will definitely be checking out more of their work. Tommy and Lana met when he was injured in a bike accident and needed her help, as he didn't want the police or hospital involved in his business. Tommy and Lana have great chemistry together. Lana knows what she wants, is a hard worker, and won't let anyone take her independence from her. Lana is everything Tommy wants. He is retired and set for life, and now he is looking forward to his future, hoping she is in it. There is a mystery that surrounds his life that piques the reader's interest, wanting to know more, but he has lived a dangerous life, and his burdens are not for everyone's ears. This is a Christmas-themed story with a cast of wonderful characters, and where miracles can happen, which Lana believes in. This is a "he falls first" instant love story, and it was beautiful and heart-warming, filled with friendship and family, and we loved it. The story gave off the vibe of this couple being meant for one another, soulmates perhaps, or it felt like fate was working in the background to bring this couple together at the right time and place.

I grew up on a cattle farm on the outskirts of a small town in Zambia, Southern Central Africa. I went to school in South Africa, Zambia and finally finished my schooling in Zimbabwe.

I had an amazing childhood filled with fantastic experiences. As a family, we often went on holiday to Lake Kariba and I feel very privileged to have seen Victoria Falls, one of the seven wonders of the world several times.

My grandparents lived on the same farm as my parents and me. It was my grandmother who first introduced me to the romance genre by passing her Mills and Boons on to me, and I was hooked from there.

I now live happily in Jane Austen country in the UK with my family, VA by day and wordsmith by night.
