When four thugs show up at Evergreen Gas Station with cocked shotguns and masked faces, it could have ended in the worst night of my life.
Instead, a gorgeous mystery man in leather, silver, and too many tattoos strolls into the middle of the robbery and becomes my unlikely saviour with a tarnished halo.
We loved Blue and Boner's story, which starts with a bang. The plot draws you in, and despite the danger the couple finds themselves in, they have no problem with fun and flirtation. Blue is full of sass, brave, and independent. She has the bravery to escape her troubled past and chart her future. Despite the horrors she has experienced, she became a loving, caring, beautiful woman willing to make sacrifices to protect the ones she loves. Boner, aka Aaron, is deeply drawn to the woman from the moment they met, and one he cannot forget. Blue comes with a heap of complications, but Boner knows she is his soulmate and is willing to fight for the woman he has come to love. We love how he was with Blue; it touches our hearts. Their chemistry was beautiful, hot, and sexy. The plot was full of suspense and non-stop drama, making for an engaging tale. The club drama escalates as time goes by. We loved that Zeus and the brothers were willing to have Boner's back no matter the consequences. One minute you're laughing out loud, and the other times you feel like crying as all seems hopeless. We loved it. The story tends to put you on edge sometimes, as the violence and sick deeds of others are thrust upon innocents who are full of nothing but love and light.
