We enjoyed this novella; it was fun, engaging, and had a great cast of characters. Getting over the initial shock of seeing Bree again, West sets out to get answers after reuniting with his high school sweetheart.

This is one of those feel-good stories about second chances. They were so in love all those years ago, but one sacrificed for the other so they could pursue their dreams. Bree showing up in West's life once again feels like fate. We loved the fact that no matter how much time passed, the longing remained. West was a sweetheart in this story; we loved that he wasn't going to let Bree go without a fight. The book had a nice, easy flow to it that made you smile and laugh throughout.
