Over four years ago, Dalton cheated.

It was the one thing Ryian couldn’t forgive. She ran off to Chicago to start over and have a clean break. Little did she know, she brought a piece of him with her.

After finding out, she made several attempts to find him without success. Dalton had vanished.

When her mother starts having issues at their family store, Ryian decides to move home to help. Ryian begs her mother to involve her uncle Bowie, but she refuses. After all, her uncle Bowie and his friends are into some rather… dark dealings.

Suddenly a series of unbelievable coincidences happen that have Ryian’s head spinning. Now she must decide if there are such things as Christmas miracles, and if second chances are worth the potential heartache.

This was a short Novella starring a couple who went from friends to something more. They had their ups and downs and growing pains mostly. Trust issues are playing an important part in Ryian and Dalton's relationship.

Reading this story, there was always this underlying factor, always in the background, playing and vibrating that this couple was meant to be together and that it was true love, but outside forces seem to have other ideas.

This story intrigued me as we would love to learn more about his special gift of Dalton's even if Dalton is not sure what it means but somehow knows its importance. The little boy Anson we can tell already is going to be a little heartstopper and very special.

We enjoyed the story and would love to know how their story ends looking forward to finding out. Enjoyed all the unexpected little things that popped up that made you smile especially all those little surprises coming from Anson. We are intrigued about the club and its members looking forward to finding out more about them in the brand new series to come.
