We must say that we enjoyed Pepper and Atlas's story they took us on one crazy ride. We loved Atals's crazy big family. This current tale was packed with a ton of family drama as Pepper's sister Sage was just out of control and her poor parents and her brothers with all the lies, deceit, etc the tales were astounding.
We loved Pepper's character she was funny loved her witty banter loved the fact she wasn't a quitter and took the slings and arrows that Atlas dished out. Atlas was on our you know what list but, he gained our good graces once again with how he was around the children.
There were more than a few surprises with this one can't say we saw some of them coming. The chemistry between Atlas and Pepper sizzled. We must say that we felt for Pepper and her family that constant strain would be anyone's undoing.
We enjoyed the lust/hate/enemy thing going back and forth between Atlas and Pepper as it made things quite interesting and had us laughing out loud.
Overall we love this series starring the Carter brothers they are fun characters. A couple of things came to mind when reading this story Sage reminded me of the movie The Bad Seed and the other got us wondering if was Sage possessed by a Demon or a straight-out psychopath. Little Foster stole our hearts. With all the craziness within the story, it was offset with some beautiful and tender moments and heart-melting moments, especially when the children were involved.
