They vowed that they’d do everything together, including marrying their junior high crush and having all their babies at the same time.

Her friend has succeeded. She got the guy, and the first bun is in the oven.

Now it’s Adalynn’s turn to make her own dreams a reality.

When Adalynn’s best guy friend comes over, he sees the pamphlets for her to have a baby on her own.

Cash does what any best friend would do – offers his free, platonic services instead of extra medical bills.

He doesn’t know Adalynn has had a crush on him since junior high, something she’s done her best to lock down deep as not to threaten their friendship.

Adalynn knows in this world you don’t get to have it all: the baby, the man, the fairytale.

But Cash has other plans for her.

 

This was such a fun read the characters in this story were great and also a lot of fun.

The story was straightforward forward and had a bit of drama that was emotional and messy at times but, it also was about friendship love, and laughter.

Adalynn wants a baby and she thinks about having one on her own but, her best friend since forever can't fathom her using another man's sperm and offers his own. From here on out the story became one laugh-out-loud moment after another.

It was comical how this couple handles their current situation and as much as these friends try to keep their emotions out, it becomes impossible. The friendship between Cash and Adalynn seemed like they were always in a relationship but, just never gave it a title other than friendship, everyone around them saw more than this couple did for themselves, and that one or more in that party had always been secretly in love with one another.

This story overall was so much fun there were love laughter heartbreak, and unexpected moments and even if Cash and Adalynn never wanted to admit their chemistry was explosive and beautiful they would make a beautiful couple. Throughout reading this story from cover to cover this reader wore a permanent grin and smile on their face throughout the story we loved it.
