SAMPHIRE SHORES
Annie Dyer
Release Date: February 9
I could always ask my roommate for her advice – but then, I’d prefer to extract my own teeth.
I wasn’t expecting my temporary housemate to be Freya. My housemate was meant to be a lot taller, bald and male – not a wispy fairy-like creature with a thing for incense and crystals.
Freya loved meditating. I preferred to code.
Freya adored people. I thought they should be online only, except for special occasions.
Freya was always smiling. I rationed my smiles for birthdays only.
But Freya was only smiling on the outside. My irritating, meditating, meddling, temporary housemate would do anything for anyone, but never herself. Those smiles concealed what was going on beneath, something I first saw when she thought I wasn’t looking, then she let me see inside a little more.
I liked what I saw, although I pretended not to. She thought she had to be perfect. I thought she was perfect already.
Maybe Freya wasn’t my opposite. Maybe she was the piece that fitted in perfectly to complete my future, the one her tarot cards told me was complicated.
I just need to code myself into hers: I want to be the man who makes her smile.
Forever.

Another great story in this ongoing series we loved Freya and Rowan's story it was a slow-burn romance that became super hot and had a plot with not too much drama but, one with a kink thrown in. The characters in this series and this current tale are all awesome love the brothers with their witty banter and their constant teasing with one another. Lionel that man was a hoot!
Out of all the brothers Rowan is the quiet one who is the grumpy one but, don't let that scare you off or fool you he is a big softie at heart helping others wherever he goes. The man is a computer genius whose job demands secrecy and privacy.
Freya was a character we loved coming out of a bad situation she is trying to start over and Puffin Bay she says has good energy and good vibes to do just that. Loved her work and lifestyle she made us laugh with her lotions tinctures and teas.
Rowan and Freya could not be more different but, Freya's personality was so infectious that she was slowly awakening something within Rowan that lay dormant. She drove him crazy and vice versa their witty banter, and pokes at one another made you laugh out loud time and time again. Their chemistry was explosive and beautiful and they made such a cute couple.
Such a sweet romance to pass the time we loved it. It was cute and fun. There is something about Puffin Bay that is magical the people the scenery the town where people not only find love but, a place to call home once you visit you never want to be anywhere else. Clover's story is up next and can't wait watch out Grayson...
