What a page-turner this one was packed with emotions and suspense romance, loss, and a mystery needing to be solved. Stormy's life changed in a blink of an eye but, he was tasked with the job of raising the children of a friend who had recently passed. Things become more complicated when Stormy stares into the face of a woman of his past who just happens to have a connection to his newest charges.

Loved the chemistry between Mila & Stormy who both experience loss, love, and romance as they navigate the days ahead. The days ahead will be trying but, they have substance worth fighting for.

As the story progresses there is mystery and suspense and danger intensifies. The story had a ton of drama and a couple who experienced some ups and downs but, we loved that Mila was so protective of her family and Stormy the man willing to step in a do what was right for those little boys. 

An addictive page-turner that was emotionally challenging and filled with secrets and surprises coming to life and also about experiencing a second chance. This author loves to engage the reader's emotions and this story did just that. Also had a beautiful couple who had such beautiful chemistry and a cast of great characters. We loved it and this latest installment was a really nice addition to this ongoing series. These men of Cerberus are protective and loving and are just really good men who fight hard and love harder. Loved it. Looking forward to the next installment.
