These characters are flawed, some may be broken. If you're looking for a safe, sweet romance with nice heroes and heroines who are perfect all the time, this is NOT the series for you.

What a fantastic story We found ourselves crying on and off throughout the entire story. The story was heartfelt and emotionally raw. We saw different sides of the MC members from both clubs and a side of Shadow we absolutely loved.

Teddy Bear was a character who just melted our hearts he was such a special boy it was impossible not to fall in love with him right from the very beginning his words and actions brought tears to our eyes some tears of sorrow and others were happy tears.

If you did love Shadow's character before now she will make you fall in love with her character this time around for sure. Her relationship with Teddy was beautiful and heartfelt and we loved how Teddy called her Auntie Shadow and she melted on the spot just for him.

Loved Taz and Enforcer together as a couple they were on fire in and out of bed. Loving seeing the claws come out and the momma bear on fire as Taz showed us just how much of her personality she kept hidden but, on the surface showed she was a great mom, a fantastic friend, a great lover, and the lengths she goes to protect the ones she loves. We instantly loved her from the moment we saw what goes on between her and her son.

Enforcer laid it all on the line no holds barred. Loved his sweet and tender moments with Teddy they made me cry. He spoke from his heart and laid bare his mistakes and demons and that took guts loved seeing him a little bit vulnerable.

Loved the story from beginning to end. The cast was amazing the story was emotional, engaging, suspenseful, and drew us in right from the very beginning and we could not put it down. 

This series is amazing and if you are not reading it you are missing out. The characters are fantastic and we love that the Devil Handmaidens is an all-girl club and they work with other clubs for the good of humanity. Ms. Earl's stories never disappoint she has a knack for making us fall in love with all her characters and ones that become memorable. After reading Shadow's story how could you ever forget a character like her Shadow's story tore our hearts to pieces. This read is another that goes into the keeper pile to be read time and time again.
