What an awesome story filled with wonderful characters. Absolutely loved Fisher and Allie's story.
I never thought of myself as dad material.

Fisher, being the town sheriff, loves women but, claims bachelor ship for life. Loved how this bachelor manned up from the moment he learned of his impending fatherhood not matter his issues with wanting to remain footloose and fancy-free, he planned to be the best father he good be and that included his taking care of his baby momma needs and that of his child.
I loved the slow burn romance of friendship turned to love it was really sweet but, it was also a healing journey for Fisher to open up about his fears of loss and love. Loved how protective and possessive he became of Allie after learning of her pregnancy, he went a bit overboard, which created a bunch of smiles and grins for us throughout the story. We also loved how Allie made him all off kilter, that part was a lot of fun to see.
Some might have seen this pregnancy as a bit of doom and gloom but, for Allie, she just might end up with the man of her dreams and for Fisher it gave him a chance to explore a life that he would be missing if he would only put his fears aside and learn that love goes a long way to healing ones heart.
A beautifully written story with a lot of heart and soul that we loved from beginning to end.
