I really enjoyed this story as it had an amazing cast of characters that were hotter than hell and it was suspenseful and filled with a ton of emotion and so much more.


Delilah was an awesome character as she was witty, smart, beautiful, a sexual creature who enjoys the pleasures of the BDSM lifestyle and loves dominating men especially in the bedroom but, out of it, it was a whole different story. 


She comes off so strong and brave and wears a mask most of the time and can be a bit prickly but, she has insecurities like the rest of us, and we loved seeing that side of her where she opens up and lets all the emotions she keeps locked up-flow because it's a beautiful sight to see and it just showed us that she was a survivor and was stronger from learning those lessons and is just as beautiful on the inside as she was out.


 I loved when she matched whits with Gray he may secretly own her body and soul but, he will never know it, but, their sexual tension always being off the charts is scorching and hard to ignore but, one thing for sure is she will always demand respect and wants to be treated like an equal when it comes to her skills and knowledge outside the bedroom inside the bedroom all things are negotiable.


 I loved the constant struggle she had fighting the attraction she had for Gray her mouth has no problem putting the alpha in his place but, her body is always playing the traitor and craves something he can only provide. Talk about some hot and heat discussions packed with whit and heat and a lot of sexual tension.


Gray is a total alpha always in control in life and in the bedroom. Dominate who is powerful, rich, sexy as all get out and a man who is a mystery because who he lets people see him as is not who all he is because he holds a deep dark secret that could be his total undoing. You could not help but, be drawn to the man and his alpha and dominating ways that voice alone melts a girl's heart as well as their panties.


 It seems on the surface that he is cold-hearted, and ass, a rich playboy who only cares about himself and is not capable of any feeling or softness but, we loved seeing him being vulnerable the few glimpses he gave us which makes him feel almost human and no matter how he always seems and always in control, he carries a lot of pain and regret and guilt within.


Overall this was an awesome story with tons of hotness and tons of sexual chemistry and ton of emotion and a  lot of suspense and a romance that makes it clear from day one that Gray and Delilah were meant to be soul mates but, would travel a really rocky road before getting there. 


This was a first-time author for me and I have to say that the author has hooked me and I can't wait to read the rest of this series. I loved her style of writing, and she drew you right in from the very first pages and kept me glued to the pages the entire time we really loved our first story from Eva.
