They do not define me.
I am judged by them anyway.
First off we have to say how much we really love this author and she is definitely one of those authors that we look forward to each and every release.
We absolutely loved this story it was filled with a ton of heart and emotion and as always the story was filled with amazing characters that you can't help but love.
I have so been waiting for Ford's story and other than being a man whore the man was a dream come true in every other aspect. We loved that he had a dominant nature, was a loyal friend and companion, was loving and caring, and just an all-around nice guy.
Ford is at a point in his life that he wants what all his fellow friends/brothers all have families and the love of their life. Stephaine is his past fiance and the one that got away and she still haunts the man's dreams and heart and he has never been able to move on as she still holds his heart.
Ford and Stephanie grew up together and were so in love but, Stephaine had big dreams to be something more, and in order to do that she left the man who held her heart at the altar without word or explanation.
This story was really an emotional one because you would love to have hated Stephanie and what she did to Ford but, you also understood that she wanted more out of life than what Ford would have been able to give her but, as the years pass and meeting Ford once again she is regretting how much she really sacrificed in order to achieve fame and fortune because she really sacrificed things that mattered to being truly happy.
This couple no matter how long were apart still have amazing chemistry and spark. Their love affair was super hot! The story had tons of sexy scenes and a lot of heart.
I really loved being on Fords and Stephanie's journey it was filled with ups and downs and what seemed yet another betrayal but, sinner parties are out to destroy their second chance at happiness once again but, Stephaine has an unlikely ally now and all is not lost just yet. Omg! Stephanie has caught the interest of a very dangerous man!
Overall a fantastic read that kept us glued to the pages the entire time. The story had a bit of suspense and a few surprises and we just loved that but, most of all you just felt all the love that this couple had between them and around them. The story tugged at one's heartstrings and I even choked up a time or two. The ending was perfection! And we loved that an outside source had a hand in their happiness that was the best surprise of all!
