Ms. Sharelle doe's it again another heartfelt read that had a cast of wonderful character's to fall in love with.
Love is never easy and for this couple years were lost because of a hatred that lasted centuries between two rival families.
I loved Lenoxx Hott from the moment I met him. I loved how his women\wife was the most important thing to him and pretty much the air he lived for and breathed even when others discouraged the match he was destined to marry and spend a lifetime with his one true love forever and always and be dammed the consequences.
Makena for us was quite the character so much so that I had mixed feelings about her but, I loved that she worked so hard pretty much to the bone every day to provide for her family and their family's legacy. She was a wonderful mother and sister and had a feisty spirit and one who was no pushover and we loved that about her.
Overall we really loved the story that was filled with a ton of emotion had a great cast of characters (soooo....looking forward to seeing and hearing about the Hott triplets again). We loved the family's atmosphere and dynamics of the Hott family and we loved their mother's quick wit and sense of humor. The story was also filled with betrayal's, had a bit of mystery to solve, and had a lot of why's which left a whole lot of unanswered questions which lead to feeling betrayed and hurt and disbelief and heartsick than downright rage."My kind of Read !"
Final thoughts- I loved that no matter what the odds were against Makena and Lennox their love for one another remained steadfast and true. We always loved a good cowboy read and this one definitely did the trick for us!
