Title: Hood Rat
Author: Geri Glenn
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: February 26, 2019

USA Today Bestselling Author Geri Glenn returns with an unforgettable story of hardship, strength, determination and love in the most unlikely of places.

A rich girl trying to save the world. A hood rat living by a moral code of his own creation.
Georgia knew the south side was going to be rough, but she never dreamed she’d come up against anyone quite like Tripp. When Tripp’s kid brother gets caught up with a local street gang, the two of them have no choice but to set aside their differences and work together.
You’ve read the novella in the Wanted Anthology, but Hood Rat is back and better than ever. Now a full length novel! Prepare yourself to fall in love with Tripp and Georgia all over again.

Her lips capture mine as we move, our hips thrusting slowly and out of sync as we ride the wave of pleasure we’d just found. As our orgasms fade, our kiss slows, turning from one of passion to one of connection. A kiss that I’ve never shared with anyone else in my life. It’s tender, soft, and filled with something that could maybe even be the beginning of love.
Exhausted, Georgia drops to the bed beside me, her head resting on my chest while her hand draws tiny shapes and circles across my abdomen. Neither of us say a word, but that’s okay, because right now, I think both of us are trying to comprehend just how we got to this moment.
I could lay like this forever with Georgia in my arms, nobody else around to see us and wonder how we could fit together. Suddenly, we’re not North Side and South Side. We’re Tripp and Georgia. We’re inevitable.

Let's start by saying we really enjoy this authors books and her current book Hood Rat was a purely entertaining one.

We have to say we really enjoyed it and the plot itself made made think of Bethany Kris and her Privilege and Harbor book series where two people so opposite of one another are truly meant to be together. The sorry had a cast of characters that were all so love-able.

"A princess and a hood rat, an unlikely combination if ever there was one."

In this current story it was Georgia who got a glimpse at what life is like on a totally different spectrum than what she was used to a for once in her life it was a wake up call for her personally to put things in perceptive and take her own happiness in her hands and she starts on a path of doing whats right for her and her happiness and know one else's.Money might make things easier in life but, in her personal circumstances it doesn't bring love or happiness.

Tripp was one of those character's that you can't help fall for from the onset of the story as his love for his brothers and sister is quite endearing but, most of all we loved the lengths is was willing to go to to keep his family intact and happy.

Georgia we found her to be beautiful in side and out smart, loving, brave, fierce but, most of all she never let her families wealth change the person she was truly inside her it was something she was accustomed to but she never let it define her life.

Tripp was one sexy bad boy! We loved his inter strength, his determination, his capacity to love with one wholes heart, his protective instincts and we loved how he kept taking life's punches and just rolled with it and just dealt with each setback in the best way he could.I loved the sacrifices his was willing to make for his brother as he really put his life on the line for his sibling.

Overall we loved this touching story about a family who no matter what was thrown their way weathered the storms as one and they truly were one close knit unit that was filled with a abundance of love.We also loved that in all life's and down two people found happiness and solace in one another and perhaps each others soul mate in the most unlikely of places.

One thing I love about a story like this it was so easy to connect with the character's you read about and we loved them from the onset of the story and we love when that happens.Zach was also a nice surprise and we are loving him already so we are so looking forward to his story next.

Will the player be played ? lol

Recommend read to all!
