Murder. Marriage. Forgiveness. The kingdom of Allsveil is the chessboard, and the royals are the pieces.
Two noble families meet in a whirlwind of battle, conquest, hate, and passion.
When a neighboring army conquers her home, Princess Alexia is forced to marry her father’s murderer, Darrin, the new king's young prince. What are some of your pet peeves?

At the moment, people under the age of 25. LOL. No. There’s a line in Dangerously Liasons I love. “I’m too old to deal with stupid.” I do everything I can to be aware, be polite and understanding that others have bad days, can’t cope with something or are generally unaware of themselves and others. I often do not receive the same curtesy. I watch people walk around without grace, without observing, it’s as if they are a ghost in the machine. Their bodies are a toy. My body is a toy to them. Ungh. My pet peeve? People who don’t think things through.
Who is your hero and why?

In writing, it’s hands down Les Edgerton. He’s a guy whose life started out rough, like in jail rough, and pulled through and got his crap together. He became an author, writes, edits and teaches. I find him amazing.
What book do you think everyone should read?
The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. It changed my life.

What kind of world ruler would you be?

I’d be horrible. I’d leave everyone the hell alone unless provoked. Politicians would be obsolete. My advisors would constantly disagree with me. I’d let REAL capitalism balance the market. I would let banks die…or any other company that can’t find a way to be useful to its customers. And any who messed with the US, there’s a saying… don’t mess with Texas. That saying would be amended. Don’t mess with the U.S. I believe in the ten to one scenario because it’s what I’ve learned works. You hit me, I hit you back ten times and with enough force to break my own hand. Yeah. It’s be a mess. I wouldn’t recommend me being ruler.

Slave to a 100 lbs. GSD (German Shepard) and a computer she calls "Dave", you'll often see her riding a 19 hand Shire nicknamed "Gunny" to the local coffee shop near the Santa Monica mountains.
Stephanie reads for the love of words, and writes fiction about Dark Hearts and Heroes revolving around social taboos. When ever asked, she'll reply her whole life can be seen through a comic strip ~ sometimes twisted, sometimes funny but always beautiful and its title is adventure. Come play!
