About SHADE’S LADY:

New York Times bestselling author Joanna Wylde returns to the world of the Reapers Motorcycle Club…

Looking back, none of this would’ve happened if I hadn’t dropped my phone in the toilet. I mean, I could’ve walked away from him if I’d had it with me.

Or maybe not.

Maybe it was all over the first time he saw me, and he would’ve found another way. Probably—if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that Shade always gets what he wants, and apparently he wanted me.

Right from the first.

“You get to travel,” I told him, frustrated. “In a few weeks or a month or whatever you’ll leave this place. You’ll go see things and do things, and for some reason you seem to have enough money to live on without taking a shitty job waiting tables.”

Shade snorted. “Mandy, you don’t wanna know how I get my money.”

“Let me guess—it’s bad?” I asked, rolling my eyes. “I’m starting to think I’m genetically incapable of being attracted to a good guy. No offense.”

“None taken,” he replied, offering a slow smile. “I’m not a good man. But I’m not a man who’ll drag you down into the dirt, either. Or let you get caught up in club business. The Reapers have been around for a long time and we’re real good at taking care of our people. I’m not sayin’ I’ll never need a getaway car, but if I do, I sure as shit won’t trick my woman into driving it.”

God, how was he so sexy when he was saying such terrible things? And that knowing, naughty look in his eyes...it wasn’t fair.

“This is crazy,” I said, trying hard not to smile back at him. “I need to get to work and you need to go do whatever it is that you do that may or may not involve getaway cars"
I have to start off by saying that I love this entire series.I constantly read them over and over again all the time.I have to say Horse,Puck,Painter are some of my favorite MC members in this series.

I am always looking for books to come out in my favorite series and I was glad to get a chance to read Shades and Mandy's story.I will say that this story left you wanting more.I hope that this author incorporates more of this couple in future novels.Would love to hear more about them.

I loved the story cover to cover.I enjoyed the characters they were fun to read about.I was able to connect with them so I enjoyed that aspect of their characters personalities.I hate when your not able to connect with the characters that you read about but, with this story you had a invested interest in this couples relationship and its outcome from the onset.

I alway pick a favorite character in a story and mine this time around is Mandy. She was feisty ,mouthy, funny, outspoken, protective, distrustful and just a love able character all around.I loved her protective nature when It came to her sister and nieces.I loved her taunting interactions with Shade they gave me quite a few chuckles with their way with words.I loved the chemistry she and Shade had.I loved how she tried to fight it as It was like fighting a sinking ship from the very beginning. She didn't have a prayer of fighting off the advances of that bossy biker and his intense possessiveness and sexy dark looks. Sigh....Shades and Mandy's sexual encounters were super hot!

I loved the cast of characters all their personalities added to the stories plot to make it and enjoyable read.I love when you start reading a story that you can't put down until it is finished and this story did that for me.

Favorite scene would be when Mandy confronts her ex boyfriend and how that scene played out. I laughed so hard at her temper and antics.

I love when you read a story when you know in your gut that you should stay far away for that dangerous bad boy and their dangerous aura and dark looks but do the opposite but want nothing more than to jump their bones. That sexual tension makes for an intense read.

Overall just a win for us that goes into the keeper pile to read time and time again.I love reading about these bad boy bikers with their dangerous dark looks, possessive personalities and danger beware signs that they carry around with them so this story did the trick for me and gave me my bad boy fix .I love when a reader like myself falls for the bad boy as easily as the main character does and what an enjoyable fall it was. LOL

Be sure to check out this entire series as well and this current novella you won't be disappointed.I loved the entire series so far and if you are looking for a bad boy fix with those biker bad*sses Ms Wylde books would be for you.

I really enjoyed this couples story and this novella left me wanting more of them.
We are giving this story 4 stars.

Other Book it this series click to go to amazon if your interested. All 5 star reads for us.
