About Book

Have you ever wanted something you know you shouldn’t? That forbidden fruit. A temptation that will surely lead you down the path of illicit indulgence, and ultimately, pleasure beyond your wildest imaginations.

That was the daily torture Samantha put herself through when she thought of her roommate, Kara. Sitting alone on Valentine’s Day, Sam found comfort in sharing her innermost secrets with her trusty journal while lusting over the brown-eyed goddess. At least until Kara comes home with a sizzling hot man and a night full of naughty games that would even make cupid blush.

** Heart You is an erotic romance short story for ADULTS ONLY! This novelette is roughly 7200 words and contains a hot sexual triad between two female roommates and their Valentine’s Day boy toy.

My Thoughts

Okay I have never really been a huge fan of erotica type books or same sex hook ups. But this book, well I have to say I picked it up and didn't put it down until I got to the end. Now mind you it is a very short book I read it in 30 minutes tops. But Not once did I stop and say “ick so not my thing” Author Rene Folsom has something going for her, she knows how to put the “OH-LA-LA” into her stories.
A roommate with a crush on her roommate, kept a secret, locked away in a diary, always longing but never going pushing past that barrier. Then one night, one special night that all changes and all her dreams come true. Well this goes beyond some girl on girl action here I mean bring in the hot stud while your at it.
Again I will say this is so not the type of person I am but reading this story, Valentines and of course what better day to have all your dreams and wishes come true. But to go even beyond that and turn it into a threesome with your roommate of your dreams and the hottest stud around. And hey what guy in the world isn’t into some girl on girl. LOL Mister Hottie lives up to that with his comments. But he came ready to perform and perform he does.
A game of match the hearts turns into something extremely erotic and hot and full of some serious action in this shorty story. I have to say I was gulping down some ice cold water and glad I had a couple fans going while I read this book.
Very well written, the action starts right from the beginning and leaves you wanting more at the end. I think I just might be a fan of her books now.

No one expected Stephen McEvoy to fill his father’s U.S. Senate seat at such a young age, least of all him. The scion of a revered political dynasty, he’s appointed to the Senate after his father’s untimely death. Now he’s in a tough election battle against an archconservative. When clever Anne Norwood interns in his office, he dismisses her as another pretty face—until her independent streak catches his attention. She soon finds him far more interesting than his Senator McEvoy persona. They’re both too smart to fall for one another, yet they do. Their relationship becomes a political gamble in a tight election, and all the while, his opposition lies in wait for him to make a mistake. As Stephen’s past catches up with him, he and Anne must fight for their future. Their lives mean more than politics, and campaigns—like love—are either won or lost.

About the Author

Even before she graduated from law school, Mary knew she wasn’t cut out to be a real lawyer. Drawn to politics, she’s spent her career as an organizer, lobbyist, and nonprofit executive. Nothing piques her interest more than a good political scandal or romance, and when she stumbled upon writing, she put the two together. A born Midwesterner, naturalized Texan, and transient resident of Washington, D.C., Mary now lives in Northern California with her two daughters and real lawyer husband.

Excerpts -

“I can do more than that,” she said smiling. Getting up she walked over to an open spot near the window. When she turned around she wasn’t a girl anymore. She was two feet taller, and was covered in what look like fur. Her brown eyes were now yellow with black pupils. On her forehead were two small horns sticking out. But it was the two black bat-like wings lifting
up behind her that did it for me. Oh my freaking soul! I am going to turn into a huge freaking bat! My legs turned into jelly and I planted my butt on the bed.
“For many years I have tried to make the others see the potential Astin and his fallen had, but it was always a failure. I watched these fallen take on demons ours haven’t even seen yet and walk out victorious. Do you know how many lives could have been saved if they just listened?” Chax said next to me, and I turned to look at him.
His eyes were on the crowd in front of us, but he turned to look at me. For the first time since meeting him I saw sadness, and deep pain.
I have become what one can only call a killing machine, where the fights started out as a curse; they now have become my quest. Every time I took one of their heads, pleasure would fill me; yeah a killing machine, a true Hellhound.
