Logan and Katy

What a cute story and we loved it.Katy was the bomb a little bombshell with a wickedly clever tongue and we loved her as she definitely made this story a whole lot of fun and had us laughing out loud the entire story.

The title of the book rings true for this couple both coming out of abusive relationship and one with one big whopping secret and one big betrayal and the only one paying the price is Logan who is living one great big lie in order to protect his best friend the only way he can.

This book was had a whole lot of crazy going on but, it had a whole lot of intense chemistry and pretty much love a first sight kind of thing going on even though  words spoken out loud would have you thinking otherwise .Let's just say a pissed of Katy was a sight to see. lol

Overall we love this story it was one hot read.What I loved most about it was the fact that this couple just fit together in perfect harmony and they just understood and could read each other right from their very first hooked up and it was as they had been a couple who had been together for eons and not just a couple of weeks.This couples relationship was a bit of a roller coaster and fast paced and  to make things even more complicated someone stirred the pot and both Katy and Logan are the targets and let's just say this is probably the one and only time handcuffs and some hot a crazy sex with a sexy cop is going to be your only saving grace......

Also one of the other things that me loved was that the author incorporated some of the Bear Bottom MC guys and their wives into the story that made a nice addition to this current tale.

Raleigh and Ezra

Let's start off by saying that this is an author whose books that I buy time and time again because everything she writes is just awesome, and she always creates wonderful character's to love as well as fall in love with and this current read in this new series was just another great read with funny characters that we could not help but fall in love with yet again.

Raleigh is a school teacher with triggers and is also sweet, kind caring, beautiful inside and out hilarious and a major klutz but, had one of those infectious personalities because of her oddness but, she also thinks she is invisible when it comes to men. This woman was one walking disaster, but, and we totally loved her !

Ezra was one of those hotties that just melted your heart just by his action and deeds alone, especially when it came to loving his family as well as loving Raleigh. Ezra was a teacher as well as the school's coach who was well liked and respected and when he spoke he commanded attention and pretty much his words spoken were law. He definitely made us laugh time and time again. We loved him from the onset of the story as he was loving, caring, laid back yet serious, had a sense of humor and hot as he** infused with a bit of cockiness and went to great lengths when it came to his students. We fell head over heels ourselves with him ! (grins)

We loved the story from cover to cover with all the great character's that it had that you could not help but, fall in love with them. The story itself was so funny that we laughed throughout the entire story because Raleigh was just priceless! This couple was notorious for having sex in the oddest places ! (laughing out loud)

Raleigh and Ezra had some major chemistry going on and when they were together they were explosive together and so much in love it was super sweet, and they made the perfect couple. Can you say Hot ! Hot Hotter !

Raleigh had a major high school crush on Ezra and was totally in love with him from the moment they met but, Ezra back then was full of cockiness and himself and too busy chasing tale but, as a man he has now he has no problem seeing what is right in front of him now and that is Raleigh, and he is kicking himself for not seeing her all those years ago. From the moment they knocked heads years later, he somehow knew she would be destined to be his, and he would do anything to make it so. I really loved their odd courtship and loved that all the things that Raleigh disliked about herself were the things he loved about her the most, added to his attraction to her in the first place. Awe....

This was one heck of an engaging, funny read that had us laughing out loud the entire time and could not put it down. The author did an amazing job starting a new series off with a bang. We loved the plot that was infused with the perfect mix of all the things we loved but, most of all, we loved that nerdy girl got jock after-all even if it came years later and that it's a reminder that your dreams do come true sometimes. For me, I loved how fate put this couple in  each other way years later because Ezra needed to grow and become the man he is now because the man back then wouldn't have been the sticking around kind and uncap-able of loving anybody but, himself but this new man is capable of giving his women everything she deserves, and his prime goal is to see to her happiness ! And the ending to this story was just priceless as well as perfect! Well done !
