This was another awesome read in this ongoing series. We loved the story of Cutter and Milena, who were perfect for one another. The story had suspense, betrayal, rotten luck, and love.
Milena and Cutter meeting for the first time came on the cusp of a horrific event but landed her in the arms of a man who made her feel safe and protective.
We have to say that although Sasha is a deadly opponent and head of Milena family, when it comes to his sister and her protection, we see another side of the man that is soft and caring and whose heart bleeds for his sister when she is dealing with her demons and he can't do anything for her just be a shoulder to cry on if she needs. Milena's other brother is pretty much the same, they love her with complete devotion
Our heart went out to Milena and all that she has endured, her story was not pretty, she has had the worst luck in men until she meets a man who makes her feel safe and one she is not afraid to show her emotions to. The Cutter family has its own dark story, and she and Cutter have more in common than you think.
We loved the story, it was a beautiful love story. We love just how easily they fit together. Their chemistry was beautiful and their connection undeniable. Milena's story reminds us of that quote," sometimes you have to kiss a few frogs before you find your prince".
We loved it and the ending for this couple could not be more perfect. Can't wait to see what happens next.
