Here is my take on the story!
Overall it was an enjoyable read. We loved the characters especially Amara and Elias's bestie if truth be told he made this book fun and exciting.
The characters we fun, some brooding, some mean, and some downright vengeful and cruel. We loved the who done it feel the book had and loved the fact that Amara was the best at figuring out puzzles and she was determined to find out what happened to Elia's daughter. Her unusual background growing up made her an intriguing person she was bright, funny clever.
I love a good slow-burn romance but, really wish we could have seen more going on between Amara and Elias as we felt no chemistry no connection no nothing but, with time you could see they would make a wonderful couple.
The ending was perfect justice was served all around with the twists and turns and secrets coming to light.
