We are enjoying this series we loved Dimitri and Elanee's journey of finding their way back to one another. We found that the characters were engaging loveable and easy to connect with. This couple had a bit in common as far as their backgrounds and we loved the fact they had that in common. Our heart broke for Elanee caught between two men a pawn in the games.

 

Elanee is a character whose personality varies from fearful to sassy we loved that she got her groove back to the old her before all the hurt and loved seeing her blossom before our eyes. 

Dimitri was a character we already loved from book one a swoony-worth character although he could be frustrating at times. The chemistry between the couple was hot and spicy.

This story had it all forbidden romance was action-packed, made us cry, all about second chances, filled with danger suspense and so much more. The twists and turns the story took us on made for an entertaining read that we could not put down. We loved it this is a great series so far with wonderful characters and we can't wait to see what the author has in store for us next. We love this author's dark romances as she never disappoints.
