This was a first-time author for us and we enjoyed our first read by them. This is not my typical kind of book I tend to shy away from the bad-boy rocker books but, we are glad we tried something out of our comfort zone. The characters were great I enjoyed the plot which turned into an interesting read that we thoroughly enjoyed. Emma and Jax as a couple had beautiful chemistry off the charts. The story took us a bit to get into but, once the story took off it was engaging with the twists and turns that story took us on and we loved it. It was hot sexy, and heartfelt. I love a good read filled with lots of emotion and twists we did not see coming. I would pick up more books by this author as it was quite an enjoyable read.
