Every night, I find myself caught between dreams and wakefulness.
Yearning for a past that slips through my fingers.
Each night, whisper prayers into the darkness.
Longing for just one kiss, one more touch . . .
Longing for her.
Maybe forever is a lie.
The truth is that tragedy will always break your heart.
But maybe, this time, I can build something greater out of tragedy.
Maybe . . . just maybe love isn’t as lost as I once thought.
And maybe forever might still happen to me.
The final book in the Impossible Possible duet examines grief, loss, and ultimate love put to the test.
Omg! This story will break your heart there is so much raw pain and emotion in this tale. The characters made our hearts hurt they made you feel their pain and anger. Gabe and Ameline's story just about tore out our hearts listening to what happened to them the why and how if it was heartbreaking,
We loved that Gabe was one of those characters who felt he was in for the fight of his life to win back the heart of the one woman who would always own his heart. We always felt that Gabe went above and beyond in their relationship and for the woman he loved.
The story took on an unexpected twist but, it gave them a second chance to work through their feelings, their heartbreak, and the pain they experienced how they handled the pain of certain events during their marriage that happened to change them, and their outlook on life but, we loved that Gabe poured his heart out of his fears and emotions.
Ameline is not the same person whom we first met it seems she had done a 180 turn and we were not sure we liked the new version of her but, we found as the story progressed the old Ameline was still there she was way too good for that family of hers but, regardless of the pain they caused her she never stopped loving them.
We felt like crying throughout their story there was a plot twist that we never saw coming and that kept us glued to the pages. The cast of characters was funny witty and sincere we loved Gabe's twin brother and we saw a glimpse of old Archer who is now called Finn. We loved how this story turned out and we can't wait to read more about this Decker family they are an intriguing bunch and we love the closeness of the family unit it makes you want to be part of the family.
The Lies About Forever: A Decker Family Novel (Impossibly Possible Book 1)
This story was packed with a ton of emotion and family drama and about a beautiful friendship that turned into more. We loved Gabe and Ameline's characters both down-to-earth characters yet the families could not be more different Gabes is loving and Ameline's has a father who is controlling and a string of controlling stepmom. The decker cast of characters is awesome on Ameline's side of the family we have no words...
This story was heartfelt and sad and our hearts went out to Ameline growing up the way she did. We loved that even though Gabe was considered her brother's friend, they had forged this beautiful bond over the years Though Gabe may not have realized it he needed Ameline just as much as she needed him as she taught him how to open his heart again.
Omg the ending! We can't wait to see what happens next. We were secretly rooting for something to develop between Gabe and Ameline from the beginning. We were glad their feelings developed over a period where they truly got to know one another but secretly pinning for one another. The story took on some twists and turns and secrets so many secrets. The chemistry between Gabe and Ameline was beautiful and praying that this couple get a chance to have their happily ever afters. We loved this one it was an emotional tale that tugs on the reader's heartstrings for sure.
