We enjoyed this story the characters were great together and though they did not want anything serious neither Jake nor McKenna could keep fighting their deeper connection. Jake and McKenna's surprise run-in on the boat was something else you couldn't help but laugh.

We Loved this slow-burn romance where they went from friends to lovers there were many funny moments between them up to that point. We loved all of Jake's teasing and flirting constantly going on. Jake was a sexy flirt and with his job title he didn't feel he had time to devote to a relationship he doesn't do relationships but, he is up for friends with benefits kind of relationships. McKenna was sassy fun and fiercely independent she was not looking for a serious relationship either but, boy did Jake set McKenna's lady parts afire. This couple had beautiful chemistry.

Overall this was just a fun read that made you laugh and smile the characters were great we loved the couple's witty banter it created some LOL on more than one occasion.
