Derek and Allegra's Story

Loved the conclusion to this series. This last story was one emotional rollercoaster and one also about growth and forgiveness and love. Throughout the stories Allegra had become our favorite character of this series she was real and wholesome, loveable, genuine, loving, giving, and had a forgiving disposition. Loved the fact she was rebuilding her relationship with her brother Levi. We felt though throughout the series is that Allegra constantly got the raw deal of things and she really didn't deserve any of what she was felt we felt bad for her but, she constantly rose above the trials she was dealt with. 

We loved the new improved Levi and found him really stepping up to the plate where her sister was concerned. Derek was one of those characters you wanted to smack and say just toughened up and do what needed to be done and worked on your issues once and for all. We, however, loved the man he had grown into and was finally worthy of the woman who was his world.

Maverick was still making us laugh. Allegra had awesome friends and we loved them all.

Overall this was a touching story that had a lot of ups and downs it even made us cry a time or two. We will say we loved the fact that Allegra never gave up on love and offered her forgiveness freely. There were more than a few surprises-both good and bad and those are the best moments of all.
