Blackjack and Elyse's chemistry was beautiful, they sparked and lit up a room. They made a beautiful couple. Elyse was so kind and loving and so strong and even when life kept dealing her blow after blow she remained strong and determined.
Overall we really enjoyed the story, the men in this story are kicka** they are so protective of their women they treat them like the blessings they are. There was so much drama and betrayals, heartache and pain, unexpected blessings. The men of this MC are a force to be reckoned with, and if you hurt their woman or brothers, be prepared for the pain you will endure.

This is a brand-new series that started off with a boom! We have to say that so far we are enjoying the characters. Pia's story is heartbreaking and tragic but, through all her pain and suffering, she never broke and preserved something of herself that refused to give to her keepers. We have to say that Pia is not a character that we ever really warmed up to, there was just something that irked us about her. Perhaps it was the fact that she seemed ungrateful to her saviors, and first you understand her distrust of them but, when she got conformation from her mother that they were there on her behalf and she was safe with them, she still came off as ungrateful and when she repeatedly said thank you I never believed it when she said it. Perhaps it was just the drama of all that happened to her and the armor she chose to protect herself with was to rebel to save what pride she had left. We will say that after everything she endured, we loved the fact that she trusted and chose Howler as someone she saw as a safe haven. We believe once we get to know Pia more, our thoughts will change. Loved Howler that man was a god sent when it came to Pia so patient and kind and loved that he gave her choices either walk or stay but, that his decisions were based on her safety and hers alone. Loved that both he and Pia had some kind of instant connection. We feel that Howler is just the right man to be there and support Pia through the healing process and hopefully her new-found family.
