What a great addition to this ongoing series! Loved the characters, they were awesome!

Scott aka Spec has been through so much pain and suffering along with mental anguish. The brutish and grumpy man grows on you. It was hard not to feel this man's pain and it breaks our heart time and time again for him for what he endured and that he is still living in hell, but there is no excuse to treat a woman like he did Olivia because he was a better man than that.

Olivia was a brave soul to leave it all behind, we have to say that the spitfire surprised us time and time again. I loved that she had a champion in her corner in her time of need, even if it was not the one she was expecting.

As the story progressed, we loved seeing Olivia grow and how she was easily fitting in with this rowdy bunch of bikers, and loved how she was even forging friendships with some of them. I loved the fact she became a fierce lioness when it came to protecting those she had come to care about.

Spec's temper is legendary, and it has become something of common knowledge among the brothers enough that they look for signs when the man is about to blow and is too far gone in a moment, still they always have his back.

The plot thickens as the ongoing troubles of the club are far from over. One punch to the gut that keeps on giving over and over again, but, when they go after their women, there is no choice but to go to war and end this once and for all.

The story was full of mystery and suspense, and growth from its characters and even bigger changes for its main characters. Loved the fact that Spec found someone to open up to and that he seemed freer somehow afterwards. Olivia was the biggest surprise of all, she was always more than she appeared to be.

Overall, loved that Olivia and Spec found something special in one another which led to the healing that needed to take place for both of them. Their chemistry was beautiful, and we loved the playfulness between them in some of their hottest romantic moments. Best of all, you would never guess who was behind all the club's trouble, which made this a fantastic read to say the least!
