About Book

Jekyll
People are expendable. They always have been. This personal life philosophy has made me a successful business owner, enforcer for the Primal Howlers MC, and opened women’s legs to me while keeping them at arm’s length.

People are expendable. Words to live by. At least they were until I met her.

Indigo
I have worked all my life to give back. My mother died when I was six, and I learned quickly that all life was precious, especially those of whom society has turned its back on. I believe that everyone deserves a second chance, especially those who never received a first.

But we all know the world isn’t in the business of handing out chances to short-tempered hoodlums or workaholic do-gooders, so when family secrets cause my carefully structured world to collide with a hot-headed biker, I have to make a choice. Use the passion I feel for him as fuel to face the challenge ahead, or allow him to burn me to the ground.

What an awesome story, we loved it from beginning to end. Let's start off by saying we are loving this series, the characters are awesome, and they are all so loveable. Up to this point, We thought that Sunshine and Wyatt's story was our favorite in this ongoing series but, I have to say, I think it's a tie now because we absolutely loved Indigo's and Jekyll's story.

The story had a great plot and had unexpected surprises that we loved and some we did not see coming, and we love surprises like that and one that had constant drama from beginning to end. The chemistry between Indigo and Jekyll was off the charts, and they were so loveable and easy to connect with.

From the moment we met Indigo we fell head over heels in love with her character she was a sweetheart who had a heart of gold, was a fierce protector and was loving and caring and had a wicked sense of humor and was full of sass along with being fiercely independent and a no take crap kind of girl. Our favorite kind of character!

Jekyll's character was all alpha and protective and was a softie inside but, full of hardness on the outside, we loved his sexy growls and his protectiveness and even his uneasiness when it comes to children. We love when these hardened alpha's fall hard and fast from a woman totally opposite of them but, perfect from them in every way.

Overall, the story made us laugh time and time again as Indigo was a hoot. The story had an awesome plot, we loved how the author incorporated a character and put Indigo in Jekyll's path so out of his wheelhouse but, everything he had craved and had come to love for who she was a what she stood for.

In this story, the side characters played a huge and important part to the success of this story being awesome and funny. Leo being the glue that brought them together, a troubled kid yes but, one with good a heart and one who just needed some guidance to keep him grounded.Bellamy was another bada** all imposing in her own right, and she reminded me of a bulldog. LOL

And then you had Indigo's dad who was a granddad to all Indigo and Bellamy's charges and one who held some shocking secrets and lastly Mina who just melted our heart along with melting the heart of one hardened biker.

This story just moved up in to the top 10 spot of my favorite reads for 2021.
