BOOK BLURB
Deformed. Dangerous. Damned. One night ripped my life away and left me a monster—the scarred gargoyle of a man who lived in the stained-glass shadows of a crumbling cathedral, selling my soul in order to seek vengeance on those who destroyed my life. Until one day, the chimes I heard weren’t from the bell tower of Notre Dame, but from the bejeweled gypsy invading my space. Though she swears her research is legitimate, her beauty shimmers with secrets. I can’t trust glittering eyes that aren’t repulsed by me, nor the tempting smile that is laden with lust. I can’t trust her. So, I’ll watch and wait… and ignore how her sharp wit and bewitching charm scorch the shackles of my restraint and enchant me into her fire. I’ll uncover the truth before she gets too close. Before she sees the broken man beneath the scarred beast. And before I give into her temptation. She’s a threat to everything I’ve worked for—a threat to my cathedral and a threat to my revenge. And, most dangerous of all, a threat to my stone cold heart. ๐Ÿ”ฎ ADD to GR: https://bit.ly/TheGargoyleAndTheGypsyGR #1-click Now! ๐Ÿ”ฎ mybook.to/TheGargoyleAndTheGypsy

I really loved this story, it was full of so much pain and heartache for both characters. Esme's pain came from the stain of her family and no matter the changes she made to her life her past seemed to followed her and work against her most of her life.

Quinton was one of those characters my heart bleed for from the moment we met him when tragedy struck and turned him into a stone-cold man who lived for revenge. We fell instantly in love with this dark and dangerous man.

The story was intriguing and amazing and very historically detailed. We loved the characters, they were simply amazing and their chemistry off the charts. On the surface it looked like they were completely wrong from one another but, that was simply not true, they were perfect for one another. This couple belonged together and no matter the obstacles in their way, fate will see to it. Esme was soft to Quinton's hard, her Gargoyle who lived in the shadows and half a man. Esme was a bit of a free spirit who just had the need to roam free and never stayed put in one place for very long but, when she meets Quinton she wants nothing more than stay by his side now and forever.

Overall an awesome story that was full of dark forces and heartache and which lead each character on a different path due to their circumstances then they had intended but, had they not, they would have never found that inter peace that comes from meeting your true mate. The story was full of drama from beginning to end and had more than a few surprises that you never saw coming, which we absolutely loved. The story was filled with so much heart and pain that the reader could not help but be effected. The story drew you right in from the moment you stated turning the pages and kept you glued to the pages the entire time. The story ended on a cliffhanger, which we normally hate but, on the other side of the coin, we can't wait to see how the story ends. Justice is coming ...
