He’s sixty-two. She’s twenty-three. Is it just a love affair or could it be forever?
Landry had always imagined at the age of sixty-two that he would be rocking his grandchildren and enjoying a life of retirement.
Life has a funny way of disrupting your plans, and Landry just hired a twenty-three-year-old single mother as his assistant who seems to do just that… stand in the way of his plans.
He’s raised his three children to adulthood. He’s supposed to be settled down. However, he can’t seem to get Tennessee Bradley out of his head.
She consumes his every waking thought.
She’s too young for him.
Far too young.
Except, she’s everything he thought that he could never have in a partner. She’s soft, gentle, caring, and kind.
Is it just a fantasy, or could she be his future?
This was a beautifully written story written with so much heart and soul, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
I absolutely loved the characters! Landy possessed so much hotness we were constantly fanning ourselves. Driven kind, sexy, and loving, and swoon-worthy. We loved the silver fox from the moment we met.
Tennessee we found to be sweet, kind, loving, well-spoken, and beautiful on the inside as she was out along with being a wonderful single mother.
This was one sweet hot read can you say Smoking hot? I loved the chemistry this couple had was flaming hot. Was it love at first sight or lust at first sight or a bit of both? No matter they just clicked and fit perfectly with one another despite the huge age difference. Don't worry about there not being a ton of hotness and sexiness this story had it in spades whether they were in or out of bed they just burned hot and bright together.
I really, really loved this story from beginning to end it was emotional and heartfelt and tons of drama and romance and was filled with an electric group of characters you had a womanizer, a daughter with anger issues, a psychologist, and a crazy ex-wife, and friends and bada** lawyer along with some extremely talented PI and an amazingly sweet boy named Holden.
Overall a story that touches one's heart and emotions. The age gap thing was a distant memory when reading this story it just kind of fades into the background because these two just gravitated towards one another from the moment they met and their hearts were just recognizing its soulmate, and they simply fell in love. No matter the obstacles this couple stayed strong. Second chances and new beginnings and a fairy tale romance filled with villains. This is the kind of story that you could go on and on forever reminiscing about all the things you loved about it, I know I could but, plainly put this one is a keeper!

As an only child, Hayley Faiman had to entertain herself somehow. She started writing stories at the age of six and never really stopped.
Born in California, she met her now-husband at the age of sixteen and married him at the age of twenty in 2004. After all of these years together, he’s still the love of her life.
Hayley’s husband joined the military and they lived in Oregon, where he was stationed with the US Coast Guard. They moved back to California in 2006, where they had two little boys. Recently, the four of them moved out to the Hill Country of Texas, where they adopted a new family member, a chocolate lab named Optimus Prime.
Most of Hayley’s days are spent taking care of her two boys, going to the baseball fields for practice, or helping them with homework. Her evenings are spent with her husband and her nights—those are spent creating alpha book boyfriends.
