Husbands and Wives series
Do
you have naughty neighbours?
Happily
married couple Jacey and Dominic had no idea they were moving into a
neighbourhood where sharing is caring and wives swap husbands more often than a
cup of sugar.
They
had no idea living in the suburbs would be so exciting.
The
Husbands and Wives series follows Jacey and Dominic as they learn to navigate
the slippery sidewalks of swinging suburban sex-apades.
Being
a good neighbour has never been so much fun!
Excerpt for
Making Friends, book one of Husbands and Wives series.
I
wonder what would happen if I picked Dominic’s keys. I could just say I want to
have sex with my husband, rather than someone I’ve just met. But I’m here, and
there are three attractive men willing and wanting to have sex with me. I have
to admit, it’s a huge turn-on. And right now, Jackson and Colin and Mahak are
looking at me expectantly, like I’m to make a choice.
I
can’t choose.
How
can I possibly choose?
Mahak
smiles at me, his eyes doing the slow wander down my body, even though he’s
sitting beside Melissa. There’s really no choice. If the way he’s looking at me
is making the slow pulse between my legs beat insistently, then I want to see
what it’s like when he touches me.
I
stand up, leaving the safety of Dominic’s side. He gives my hand a squeeze but
doesn’t say anything. I wonder if he’s as nervous as I am. I wonder if he’s
regretting this whole idea.
I
wonder if he’s excited, too?
I
do a slow walk to Tia standing in the middle of the room and she smiles
appreciatively at me. I’m really doing this. How can I be doing this? And again
– why?
Why
not?
Tia
deliberately pulls out a set of keys with a smile at Mahak. For some reason she
wants me to have sex with him. I’m not about to complain.
Mahak
wraps his arms around me from behind, nuzzling his face into my neck. His beard
is soft and so are his lips as he begins to kiss the sensitive skin. I can feel
his tongue against my ear.
“I
can’t wait to taste all of you,” he breathes.
Author Interview
What would you have done differently if you were the main character of your book?
If I was Jacey, who is the main character of my Husbands and Wives series, as well as Shared Accommodations, I'm honestly not sure I would be able to act out on my desires and fantasies as much as she does. She has much more sexual confidence than any (real) woman I know! This is why it's so much fun to write her, because Jacey does things I'd never be able to.
What was your inspiration behind this book?
I was inspired to write Shared Accommodations because I read this article about a man who travelled around the country, having interludes with women. Most of these were set up by the woman's husbands. I thought what if they have some kind of resort for couples to visit? I researched couples resorts but they have counseling and yoga, both beneficial, but a little different than what I came up with.
Why did you become a writer?
Because there's never been a time in my life that I wasn't writing. It's like breathing for me, just something that I have to do. I'm lucky enough to get paid to do it.
Do you have a favorite author or authors?
Yes, but I can't pick just one. For classics I have Jane Austen and JK Rowling. But for romance, I love Colleen Hoover and Christina Lauren. I will also read anything by Sarah J Maas.
Do you like to write your books in a continuing series?
I do because it lets you really get to know the characters. I can delve into lots of backstory and friends and family and get a lot of conflict happening.
If you could date any character from any book, who would it be and why?
From one of my books? Probably Del, from my Touch series. He's sexy and fun, and he's a writer too, so we'd have that in common! But from any book…I’ve once said that Jamie Fraser from the Outlander books is the perfect book boyfriend, so I guess it would have to be him.
What kinds of books do you like to read in your spare time?
I honestly don't read a lot of romance! I love historical fiction, and YA fantasy.
As a reader and writer I think it is important to get to know your fans and make a connection with them as an author who takes the extra step to hear what their fans think and want in their continued writing is continued success and key to selling more books .Do you agree with that?
Yes! I love getting to know my readers. Having a strong connection with 10 readers is more important to me than 100 sales.
Do you cry when writing sad scenes?
If I don't cry when I'm writing sad stuff, how will my readers?
Did you have a Cover Designer?
Yes, I work with a graphic artist named Donna Chabot
If you were able to dine and have a one on one with your favorite writer/author who would it be?
Stephen King. He just seems so cool and I'd love to be able to pick his brain about his success
Do just re-read your favorite books?
Yes. In fact, I've decided this will be the year of the re-read.
Do you ever get in a reading slump like your readers do?
I do, usually when I finish a really good book. So I take a couple days and read magazines until I’m ready to pick a new book. I’m never not reading something.
What is the funniest book you ever read?
That’s a really good question. I’m sticking to novels here – I really had fun reading Alice Clayton’s Hudson Valley series, and MaryJanice Davidson’s Undead series is always hilarious. I remember the scene in a book where I laughed my a#@ off – but I can’t remember the book it’s from! It’s when the heroine comes home from an evening out, a little intoxicated, and somehow winds up sleeping inside her duvet. Again, can’t remember the book, but it was such a funny read! If anyone knows what I’m talking about, please let me know!

What
happens when you meet the man of your dreams…and his wife?
Kenna
has spent the last two years since her divorce alone, focusing on her writing
and not giving the lack of romance in her life much thought. She hasn’t missed
the touch of others until she meets Iliya.
Iliya
is beautiful, vivacious and confident and Kenna is drawn to her immediately.
When she meets Iliya’s husband, Kenna is torn. Iliya and Del are warm and
friendly and welcome Kenna into their life, but Kenna is guilty about the
feelings she develops for the couple, feelings that are more than friendship.
Feeling for Del…and for Iliya.
Kenna
doesn’t know what to do about the attraction she feels for Del and Iliya…until
Iliya confesses she feels the same way. So does Del.
Iliya
tells Kenna they aren’t like other married couples and they want to include
Kenna in their life.
Is
this what Kenna wants? Can she handle the touch of others?
Excerpt
from Touch series
I
lose all track of what Jane is saying as I watch him walk towards us, the
warmth of my cheeks increasing with every step. My stomach clenches like a fist
and I have trouble catching my breath. The flicker of recognition I have is
ignored by my more visceral reactions.
“Ladies.” His voice is better than dipping
your finger in warm melted chocolate and licking it off. “Nice walk?” He blinks sleepily at us, with
the most beautiful green eyes I’ve ever seen. I have green eyes the colour of
moss in a damp forest; these eyes are more emerald and such a contrast with his
dark bronze skin that the effect is breath-taking.
He
is breath-taking.
He’s
also half-asleep, still dressed in flannel pajama pants. I have a sudden, vivid
image of him lounging in a huge bed, pillows strewn about, and sheets tangled
around his long legs, leaning over…
Something
stretches inside me, woken from a long sleep.
“It
makes it all the more worthwhile when you’re here to meet us at the end,” Jane
says with a perky smile. It’s not just me who has been affected; Jane is
standing straighter with the hint of the belly sucked in and the size B cup
boobs thrust out. This guy has some sort of power if he’s got me…
This
is Iliya’s husband.
My
heart sinks as fast and hard as a rock thrown in the ocean and all I can think
of that line from the Alanis Morrisette song, “Meeting the man of your dreams
and meeting his beautiful wife.”

Excerpt
from Office Plays
Even
with the door closed, I can see into Ian’s office.
Where
Agatha is naked and bent over his desk.
Naked
and bent over the desk.
There
may be hookups going on in the workplace, but nothing like this.
I
shouldn’t be seeing this.
But
I am.
And
I take another look.
On
third glance, I can see Agatha is not just bent over the desk, but strapped
down, her torso prone on the surface with her arms tied underneath by cords.
And Ian is standing behind her bare ass holding a ruler, like some bizarre
re-enactment of a Fifty Shades scene.
And
Ian is looking right at me.
It’s
like all the air is sucked out of my body. I can’t move. I can’t even blink.
Ian
brings the ruler down on Agatha’s ass, which is as rosy as a beefsteak tomato,
and I gasp, the sharp sound of wood on skin breaking the spell.
Luckily
Agatha’s cry masks my own.
“I
told you to be quiet,” Ian demands. I slap my hands over my mouth before I
realize he’s speaking to Agatha.
As
well as not pulling the blinds, it appears he’s left the door ajar. No wonder I
can hear everything.
I
need to sit down. I shouldn’t be watching. I should leave.
Why
is he still looking at me?
I’m
still standing in front of my desk watching them. Why am I still watching?
Because
in the office Ian is caressing the welt on Agatha’s ass as gently as if he’s
smoothing on moisturizing cream. Her legs are long and tanned, spread wide and
strapped to the desk. Her head faces the wall, so at least she can’t see I’m
watching this.
Naked
and strapped to the desk.
His
fingers disappear between her legs.
I
have to stop watching.

Are

Excerpt
from Shared Accommodations
“I’ve
always wondered if you have any say in how things work out.”
Morena
looked up to see Richard walking towards her. She smiled, appreciating the way
he looked in his slim-fitting pants. She liked men who kept themselves in
shape.
“How
is it possible that you look even better now than you did when we first met?”
Morena
wondered.
“You
make me blush. You look stunning, by the way.”
She
smoothed the skirt of her violet dress, noticing the way Richard couldn’t take
his eyes away from her breasts showcased by the deep plunging V neckline.
“Where’s your partner in crime?”
Richard
nodded down towards the lobby. “My wife seems to be occupied by the bar.”
“I
meant Liliane.”
Richard
smiled, looking both predatory and very satisfied. “Ah, Liliane. I think I’ve
made her late for the party.”
“I’m
sure she won’t mind making an entrance. Couldn’t wait until after dinner?”
“I
needed a late afternoon snack.”
“Hopefully
you didn’t fill up.”
Richard
chuckled and rested his elbows on the railing as he looked down at the group.
“So who do you recommend for the second course?”
Morena
didn’t hide the fact she was checking out Richard’s ass before she leaned in
beside him. “I don’t think you need my help.”
“Of
course I don’t. But I like to hear what you think.”
“I’m
afraid you missed out on the lovely Jacey.”
“A
pity. Are you happy, Morena?”
She
looked up into Richard’s eyes, noting his serious expression.
“Are
you happy? Do you miss it? The parties, the excitement of seeing someone across
the room and knowing you can do anything you want with them?”
Morena
closed her eyes, an image flashing across her mind, of another time, another
person.
She
had been a different person then.
