Lynsay never believed in ghosts and always nodded indulgently when the old timers in the theater tried to convince her otherwise. But two sexy ghosts have been watching her, and waiting. When they appear to her,  she hesitates despite the desire that immediately burns in her veins. At first she wonders how she can trust the two mysterious men, but soon she convinces herself how foolish it would be to resist them. Yet even as she indulges in all the pleasures they offer her, she doesn’t confess her true feelings. She never imagined giving her heart to more than one man in the first place, so how can she give it to two men who aren’t even alive?

Excerpt:
Lynsay looked into John’s eyes as William watched. She reached over and touched his cheek, and he gripped her hand and brought it to his lips. “The past is the past,” John said. “We’re thinking of now.” He kissed his way over her wrist and up her arm.

When their lips met, William joined them, standing on the other side of her and putting his arms around both of them.

“After hearing you say you wanted two men to make love to you at the same time, William had to hold me back to keep me from touching you,” John said after their lips parted.

“I would have gotten over Brian much quicker if you had,” she said, leaning into John.

“Are you saying yes, Lynsay?” William asked.

She turned to look into his eyes. “John said it was high time you two ‘came courting,’ didn’t he?”

William nodded, wanting to taste her lips again as he watched John nuzzle her neck.

“Then court me,” she said, flicking her eyes between him and John.

John raised his eyebrows. “I court pretty aggressively.”

Lynsay smiled and looked back at William. “Does he?”

William laughed. “I would say so. After two weeks of working together, he pulled me into an empty room and stuck his tongue down my throat while his hand found its way down my pants.”

Her mouth popped open, but she didn’t say anything. She closed it, but then she ran her tongue over her lower lip. “Did he? Did you like that?”

John stood just as William began to speak. “You bet he did,” John said, pulling William into his arms. John drew William’s lower lip between his teeth and sucked, sending a pulse of desire down to his groin. William closed his eyes and gave in to him, letting John kiss him and hold him. He felt John’s cock harden as their bodies touched. When John broke the kiss and began nibbling at his neck, William looked at Lynsay.

Her gaze was fixed on them as they embraced, her breathing shallow and her look hungry.

“He’s amazing,” William whispered as he stared into her entrancing eyes. “His mouth does the most wicked things.”

She swallowed and kept watching for a few moments, but then she looked away. William gave John a little shake and pulled out of his arms.

“All jokes aside, is that what you want? You want to be wooed?” William asked.

“Yes,” she said. “I want to know you, both of you, first.” She smiled, shaking her head. “I’m a little muddled right now.”

“Then we’ll leave you for now, so you can think,” William said. He turned to John. “Right?”

He could feel that John didn’t want to leave, but after a brief glance at him, John looked at her and nodded with a smile. “Yes. We will. I don’t know what I’d do without him.” He looked up at the ceiling and laughed before looking between the two of them. “Probably earn myself quite a hard slap.”

To William’s relief, Lynsay laughed as well. “Maybe. Maybe not. How about we see each other tomorrow?”

Both men nodded, and William grabbed John’s hand, making them both disappear before John could say or do anything else.

Our Review

This was a cute little short story about a Theater stage designer who encounters 2 male ghosts William and John who have be dead since 1952. They were a item back then but, only in secret.

Lynsay is sort of lonely and they have been drawn to her for sometime but, admired her from a far, She breaks up with her boyfriend and they decide now to pursue her and make themselves known to her. Come Courting as they say made me chuckle. The threesome get to know one another and find themselves in a steamy relationship which Lynsay is adapting to quite well as she always dreamed about making love to two men its been one of her fantasies.

Lynsay doesn't know it yet but, she is the key to William and Johns future while possible creating a happily ever after for them all.

This story was endearing two lovers who have loved for centuries who care about one another and have found love in there hearts for another. Can two men love the same women without jealousy between them and have the kind of relationship they have always dream of ?This was a enjoyable read but, this is not for all.The sexual scenes were hot having menage and also men enjoying other men. After reading Marie Medina book I would definitely give her other books a try. And Erotic novel not overly done.

Ash, former prince of the Winter Court, gave up everything. His title, his home, even his vow of loyalty. All for a girl… and all for nothing.

Unless he can earn a soul.

To cold, emotionless faery prince Ash, love was a weakness for mortals and fools. His own love had died a horrible death, killing any gentler feelings the Winter prince might have had. Or so he thought.

Then Meghan Chase—a half human, half fey slip of a girl— smashed through his barricades, binding him to her irrevocably with his oath to be her knight. And when all of Faery nearly fell to the Iron fey, she severed their bond to save his life. Meghan is now the Iron Queen, ruler of a realm where no Winter or Summer fey can survive.

With the (unwelcome) company of his archrival, Summer Court prankster Puck, and the infuriating cait sith Grimalkin, Ash begins a journey he is bound to see through to its end— a quest to find a way to honor his solemn vow to stand by Meghan’s side.

To survive in the Iron realm, Ash must have a soul and a mortal body. But the tests he must face to earn these things are impossible. At least, no one has ever passed to tell the tale.

And then Ash learns something that changes everything. A truth that turns reality upside down, challenges his darkest beliefs and shows him that, sometimes, it takes more than courage to make the ultimate sacrifice.

Our Review

Wow ! What a ride this Iron Fey series was.

Julie is a superb writer and I throughly enjoyed this series. The former prince of the winter court known as Ash goes on a quest with some friends and some who are enemies to find a way to become human and gain a soul in order to be with the one he was Megan Chase who now is the Queen of the Iron fey but, anything Iron would kill Ash to live among there kind its impossible for his kind of fey.Ash and his friends will attempt fate and go through the trials to seek what he wants.

The trip is wrought with intrigue danger and you need your whits together just to remain alive. This book was a page turner so much going on.Some loose ends are tied up for you. Ash is faced with confronting his past and wrong deeds hoping he can survive the memories. Making new friendships letting go of some old ones laying to rest some promises made long ago.

Although I so enjoy Ash I have to say that Puck definitely made me laugh much throughout this book with his on-liners innuendos and also him calling Ash Ice boy throughout the whole book had you chuckling and smiling. All the characters were fun to read about this time around a lot of bantering smirking laughter and bonds being forged even thought the lot of them we fighting for their lives I believe they all became true friends despite the deferences and the of being long time enemies of one another.

This book is a keeper as is the whole series. Teen books and young adult books are just aren't for kinds anymore they are becoming more popular among the adults to.If you looking for a happily ever after this is a great way to get one and a great series to read recommended to all readers !Can't wait for the next series.....

Our Review

This review with be short and sweet ! First let me say that I really enjoy Miss Hunters books but, I have to ask what happened here ? OMG what a sleeper this read was I forced myself to finish it. When I picked out this book I was like something different and looks to be wrought with adventure and cloak and dagger stuff. This book missed the boat for me. The only positive thing I can say is that I liked the banter between Darius and the Miss Fairbourne that keep things some what interesting. And I found even then that I would have liked to smack the Miss Fairbourne a few times for her stupidness. When I sit down and read a book if you can make me laugh cry, chuckle and few times I have enjoyed the read I don't even mind if the book is somewhat slow going in the beginning as long as it picks up but, I found that none of what I was looking for in a book happen here for me. Sigh........

In Cecilia Grant’s emotionally rich and deeply passionate Regency romance debut, a deal with a rumored rogue turns a proper young woman into . . . A Lady Awakened.

Newly widowed and desperate to protect her estate and beloved servants from her malevolent brother-in-law, Martha Russell conceives a daring plan. Or rather, a daring plan to conceive. After all, if she has an heir on the way, her future will be secured. Forsaking all she knows of propriety, Martha approaches her neighbor, a London exile with a wicked reputation, and offers a strictly business proposition: a month of illicit interludes . . . for a fee.

Theophilus Mirkwood ought to be insulted. Should be appalled. But how can he resist this siren in widow’s weeds, whose offer is simply too outrageously tempting to decline? Determined she’ll get her money’s worth, Theo endeavors to awaken this shamefully neglected beauty to the pleasures of the flesh—only to find her dead set against taking any enjoyment in the scandalous bargain. Surely she can’t resist him forever. But could a lady’s sweet surrender open their hearts to the most unexpected arrival of all . . . love?

Our Review

Wow!What a nice start to a new series and a Debut novel for Cecilia Grant. I have to say that I loved it.Desperate things drive people who are a good person all around to do somethings so drastic in order to save the lives of others giving no thought to her own circumstances .Martha's husband has left her childless with no heir to claim his estate except for a disapproving male heir. Martha learns that husbands brother has taken the maids in her household and left them with child and just carried on and shaming those women for life. Martha hatches a plan to conceive a child with the help of a neighbor Theo paying him to be her stud hoping for a child of this affair to claim the estate and keep it out of the hands of a scoundrel.

Theo excepts the bargain as he is need of the money for the estate he is now trying to put to rights. This was a  story from the beginning that you would assume that there will be no happily ever after. Loved the main character's Theo and Martha but, also the others as they all made the book work and all parties in general working together for a common goal. You saw a couple slowing falling in love learning from on another and really working toward a lasting relationship for two people no matter how they started off.The book's story worked for me as I think these circumstances brought a couple together who needed to be together in order to heal one another. I liked the friendship that built slowly for this couple as you saw there relationship unfold before your eyes it was very endearing to see. I have to say that I rooted for this couple from the beginning hoping for a happily ever after but, Martha has a duty to uphold and there will be no time for love and happiness for her she has come to terms with it but, she is a very clever women maybe she might just pull something off after all.

Looking forward to the next book in this series coming out this summer.I thought Cecelia did a great job on her first book and can't wait to see what is next. Recommended read to all !

Our Review

I picked this book up today and I have to say it was a delight. Even though it was a short read I found myself smiling laughing and chuckling at some of the words and discussions that Nathaniel and Abby were having. These two made a awesome pair. This was a fun light read and as other reviewers are saying we had wished it was more. Perhaps we will see this duo again in another tale .Looking forward to checking out some of the other stories by Rachel in the future.

Our Review
Wow ! What a fantastic read just loved it could not put the book down what a page turner this story was.Michelle G Miller is a new author for me and I have to say she didn't disappoint.I love it when I find new authors to read and fall absolutely in love with there works and writing. If Michelle continues to write stories like this she will be among my top favorite authors.

What a great cast of character's I love them all found them all to be loving caring respectful and a times a lot of fun to read about they all were so engaging that they kept you turning the pages to see just what would happen next.

You always have to have one favorite character and Xander would have to be mine. That hot Guardian bordered on being a saint ! That hottie makes a girls blood boil.I was In love with him from the very first pages what a considerate loving and caring individual and also one heck of a protector.Wish he were mine...LOL

Xander was chosen to be Skye's Guardian and has been watching over her for many years but, one fateful night he finally broke a rule and showed himself to her creating a whole slew of new problems for them both.Skye is a bit of a mess growing up in a group homes all her life and feeling so alone has driven her to partying to much and  to make one bad decision after another until she meets Xander when her life is about to change . Whether its for the better is anyone's guess....

Xander has been chosen to be a Guardian to Skye's for a purpose as she really is a princess from another dimension and now in line to be Queen of her own realm. The kicker is she knows nothing of this and thinks everyone around her is crazy until a batch of demons try to dispense with her.Now she is starting to believe little by little. With no reconciliation of her past life she needs to put her trust in Xander to learn of her past and carve out a future whatever that may be.

Xander and Skye have a past although she does not remember him she has a strong bond and feels safe only when he is around. The two have a great relationship once Skye learns to trust and open up she starts to remember what they meant to each other and they start to rebuild there connection .Xander is in love even knowing it is forbidden he can't seem to not act on his feeling around Skye and Skye feels the same way towards him.So why not indulge there selves .....

Your heart breaks for this couple knowing that there relationship is doomed from the very beginning and even if it were not because of the forbidden laws  those enemies among them will do everything to become between them.I am rooting for them they make a beautiful couple both loving loyal and caring and just perfect for one another.

The story that surrounds the lovers is filled will tons of danger that is lurking at every corner. Keeping you on the seat of your pants just to see what happens next. The story was filled will love and romance and intrigue all the things that I love when reading a story. It was amazing to see Skye grow and become that strong confident person she always wanted to be. She blossomed right before our eyes.

Wow ! What a ending ! Can you say cliffhanger ? OMG ! I did not want the story to end.I am anxiously awaiting the next sequel. Can you say ?Sitting on pins and needle is more like it.A wonderful and cleverly written story and a recommend read to all whether young or old it needs to be in your to read pile.

You know you have written a fantastic story when the reader finishes the story and then goes back to re-read there favorite parts not wanting to let go quite yet. Into the keeper pile and will be a must re-read in the near future. We are giving this story a 5 star read !
